Much like the other review, we paid Buddy a down payment on a digital sign, back in July 2018, signed a contract with his "leasing" company he was partnered up with. He fell off the face of the earth after they paid him the money on the sign. Now they're trying to get another $15000 from us threatening to sue us for a sign that was promised 6 months ago. We also have the local police department working on locating him.

Orbin “Buddy” S is a con artist. We paid him $17,500 for a two side 5x10 digital sign and over 8 months later still nothing. I’ve spoken with others in the same industry that laughed when I mentioned him only to say he owes at least $250,000 to others that he has ripped off. I have the local police department and the DA on my side and they put a warrant out for his arrest and a $75,000 cash only bond out for him when he gets arrested. I pray for the day he gets caught.

Orbin S "Buddy" approached my place of business soliciting the sale of Signage from his company, Swiss Eagle Marketing. A Purchase Agreement was made. *** ordered a 5x8 Embossed static panel sign AND a 10mm Digital Sign to be delivered and installed at our property location: *** within a 10-12 week timeline.
Problem: 1. The Signs were not installed although PAYMENT in full was made. Payment dates were 6/13/2017 $7,634.65 & 9/19/2017 $7,634.65
2. The Product was not delivered as contract indicated.
3. Numerous attempts were made to contact Buddy. He made promises but they never materialized.
4. This is a request to receive FULL REFUND of monies paid $15,269.30

Purchased a digital billboard from this company on January 5, 2017 for $130339.72 (paid in full) and still have not received the billboard.
