I returned a product I purchased for a refund by USPS Priority Mail and Swiss Link is refusing to refund meAt first they said they’d just suffered from the paradise fire back in NovemberI waited for them to open back up which they did earlier this month and even sent me an email about reopeningI sent another request for a refundThey said they’d look for the product but never got back to meI reached out again about my refund and now they’re saying they didn’t receive the productIt seems to me they were hoping I’d just let them keep my money and they never had any intention of refunding me
