I am the legal Guardian for *** *** and he resided a short time in AIY Properties I recently received a final bill from Harvey Kay Consulting and told him I only owed about $ He stated he would get some additional information and get back with me He did not I called and left messages I called *** spoke to Megan at the AIY office She told me Harvey Kay Consultants would provide me with any information I needed and I told her he will not send me the UPDATED invoice They did agree I don't owe $- I only owe $ All I am asking is for a invoice to be emailed to me so I have proof and I will happily send a check to be PAID IN FULL He refuses to send it - he said he sent it already and I tried to explain it was the wrong amount AIY Properties said Sarah from Corporate would get back with me and no response*** I have called her and left messages It states if not taking care of within days then obviously will go to legal action
MrHarvey Kay sent a collection notice to my house dated February 15, regarding a balance due from an apartment where my daughter and her roommates lived until August 10, The letter simply states there is a balance, but no explanations of the charges MrKay claims he has already sent the details which we never received, and he didn't have access as he wasn't in the office This was the 3rd attempt I made to discuss this, and this guy provided NO INFORMATION All he would say is to talk to the other parties or it was already sent, and multiple times a THREAT that the apartment complex was getting ready to take everyone to court I don't respect anyone who sends a letter which states "It is very important that I talk with you regarding the disposition of your security deposit and the above", but then he won't discuss it I understand he is hired as a collector, but if he is not willing to discuss or provide the details of the claim, then I see NO VALUE in sending let
