I am a first time buyer from Swoon & Co and with that being said, my first and LAST time ever buying from themI have never seen such an unprofessional companyI placed and paid for my $100+ order first week of MarchWas given the estimate ship date of 3/25/Here we are on 4/26/still no itemI have reached out over times through Facebook, email, and calling the store trying to find out just an update on my item and they couldn't even give me thatI want my money back, if I need to get an attorney involved I willHorrible management and customer service skillsThe fact that not one person could get back with me out of the times ive tried politely reaching out is disguting and I feel so sorry for anyone who is scammed by them

I placed an order for a car charm on March 10th, I paid for it the day that I ordered it$I was told it would ship on March 25thI reached out towards the end of April asking about my orderI never heard any responseI have reached out again and again and again and still haven't heard anythingToday is June 7th, and I have yet to receive my item

DO NOT order from Swoon & CoI placed an order in June for nearly $I had planned to hang the piece in my daughter's nurseryI was given a ship date of July I reached out countless times trying to get an update or tracking information, but never got a responseI finally filed a chargeback with my bankI wish I would've found others' reviews before going through all of this myselfWhat she is doing is no better than stealing money directly out of customers' walletsThis business is absolutely terrible!!

I was a first time customer with Swoon & Co and placed an order in November to give as a Christmas gift My ship date came and went, I sent a msg and they replied that they just had too many orders and were behind but assured me that it would go out at a later date I still have not received the item I have sent private messages, commented on post, emailed and called the "store" and left a voicemail with NO response Now they are asking people to go to the Revdex.com page and leave "honest" reviewsI can HONESTLY say I will never use them again not will I recommend them! You can not expect to have a good reputation with bad customer service

There was one item damaged by UPS and a replacement was already sentWhy would you wait months to notify us that you haven't received the replacement? Also, there was only that you originally reported damaged out of the so I'm confused on why your report now says If you had not received it, an email to notify us would have been helpfulNot waiting months down the road and filing a complaint with the Revdex.comI will not be providing a refund because it was months ago and I am just now hearing of thisI will send a remake of the item that was damaged, but you will be required to sign for UPS if We are going to send you an item on us; we need to make sure you received it and that the package was placed in your handsAlso, since you apparently didn't receive the replacement, you will need to confirm your shipping address for us again since it has been so long

I ordered a car charm from Swoon & Co on 4/12/Paid the invoice on 4/My ship date was 4/I still have not recevied this itemI tried calling their number, emailing and sending numerous messages through FacebookI finally got a response on 5/stating that they were sorry for the delay and my order would be shipped that following MondayToday is 6/and I still do not have my order!!! I tried to contact the company once again but they have blocked me through FacebookThis by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are a joke and a waste of time

After reviewing the customer's recent response, we have decided that we will gladly unblock her from her business page so that she may use her gift cardWe expect there to be no foul language used againHowever, we feel we have already compensated her monetarily to make up for the incidentShe will be allowed to use her gift card if she chooses to, but again, we assume that there will be no negativity, drama, or foul language on our page, as we choose not to take part in that

The first attachment is my invoice of me paying for my car charmIt has the details of what I would like for it to look like and the last four of my card number and the type of card I used (MasterCard)In the second attachment it is a screen shot of a refund being placed; however, it is being placed to the wrong person and wrong card number, ; if they think it is meTherefore, they did not refund me and refunded someone elseThe last four of the card number is not the same as mine, Swoon & Co is refunding someone with a visa card, not MasterCard and the details for that order is not the same as the details as mineIn conclusion, they still have not refunded me my money that they claim they have

This matter has already been resolved on our business page where we do business

After the amazing customer service I was given I HAD to leave a reviewWhen I think small business in the south I think of hospitalityPersonal and efficientThat is exactly what I experienced with Swoon & CoI just purchased for the first timeI got a great door hanger (mason jar) for an amazing priceSwoon was kind, personal, and service oriented with every single interactionThe owner went out of her way to accommodate my schedule because for several reason I couldn't make the scheduled drop offsSwoon responded quickly, helped me make a decision on a piece, sent out the invoice as promised, sent a reminder, and met the time frame outlined for productionWith so many orders I know that was not an easy taskThe quality of work that went in to this piece on both production and service have forever won me as a repeat customer
