Faster than Gazelle. I normally use Gazelle to sell my old phones, Swopsmart was offering more for my Galaxy so I went with them. Got paid the same day the device was received. Very impressed with the speed of the service.

I've sold to this online store several times over the years. They lowered the price once, because of some the device had too many scratches, otherwise they payed the amount agreed. This time I sold my iPhone X and everything went just like promised. Hope this helps.

Sold 5 iPods to Swopsmart. The process went smoothly. I was sent a shipping box. I sent them the phones.
The money was deposited into my *** account the same day it was received. Couldn't be happier.
Recently sold my iPhone 6 and it was an easy process. I requested and received a box to send my phone, I was provided a tracking number for my box which was great. I received the check in about a week from the time I mailed the phone to Swopsmart. Very easy!
Sent In two phones that spent their life, 2 years, in an otterbox defender. Flawless phones had an offer of $70, paid $600. Swopsmart claimed issues with phones and offered $30. After rejecting offer, Swopsmart took a week before returning the phone.

I am sorry it took us 5 days to get your items returned. The reason we are able to process and get our customers paid within 24 hours is by being very organize. Everything we do is under a strict schedule. Our returns are processed every Tuesday. This is definitely something we need to improve on, our customers shouldn't have to wait 5 days to have their devices returned.
Also, I checked our notes on your order and I do see that your device was in excellent cosmetic condition as you stated, but the LCD had an image burn defect. This normally happens with time on LCD screens(Mainly Samsung and Motorola devices). One of our goals is to be as transparent as possible, which is why we are looking into including photos to better show our findings.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and for pointing out what we need to improve on. I hope you give us a try in the future again and allow us the opportunity to better serve you.
Amazing company. I did a very fast and fun step-by-step walk through for the best price on my iPhone. I shipped it out and I got paid 8 hours after it arrived! I love Swopsmart! *** has scams. This will save you pain.
This company tries to rip you off. They offered me a certain price for a used cellular device. I never experienced any issues with it the entire time I owned it. They received the device and tried to tell me there was a problem with the charging port. They dropped their offer to 1/8 of thr original offer. I had the device thoroughly tested before it was shipped and it was in 100% working order. Just a bunch of thieves.
Thank you for the feedback ***. I have checked the notes of your order and our inspector noted that your device has a malfunctioning charge port. From what I gather, the devices charge port does work, but needs to be jiggled around. By our standards, thats a malfunctioning charge port. I am sorry you disagreed with our assessment of your device but we did not try to rip you off. We found a problem and notified you. You disagreed, and we returned the device free of charge.
