thirty days prior to his actual purchase.Mr*** was very speCific about the options on the vehicle, so much that he acknowledged the vehicle with his signature for the vehicle options that he requested, and he also confirmed the estimated time of arrival (ETA) : (please see attached)I have asked my management team to set up an appointment for Mr*** to come into the dealership on more than one occasion, however he declined.The Corley family has been servicing New Mexico since and we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount for a sustaining business.The vehicle that Mr*** asked us to transport into our dealership on his behalf is a $38,+ vehicle and not a regular part of our inventory.Mr*** did sign a binding 'contract with Lincoln Financial and has a payment due January 16th.I am concerned about Mr*** understating or misunderstanding about the vehicle lease howeVer we cannot begin to talk about possible solutions unless Mr*** will, come into the dealership and speak with us.My direct telephone number is ###-###-####; I would ask that Mr*** give me a call so that we may set up a time that we may discuss the transaction. Corley Albuquerque Lincoln Volvo has contacted the client and resolved the issue We try to describe every vehicle to the best of our ability but acknowledge that it can be extremely difficult to ensure the seller and buyer are of like mind with respect to condition and expectations
Moreover, it is also possible for any vehicle traveling a significant distance to experience transportation damage which can also impact the condition of the vehicle We're terribly sorry the vehicle did not live up to the standards and/or expectations of the client and have agreed to accept the vehicle back for a refund of the purchase price less the transportation charges pending a final inspection after receipt of the vehicle (to verify condition and mileage)

My response to Corely’s response is that this issue has not been resolved. Once Corely’s Volvo send’s a refund to my bank and the loan is paid off this issue will be resolved. That currently has not happened.

I [redacted] is writing a letter to the company to let them know what I went through with my ride I had a hard time with my ride it kept on braking down on me and wont start up or the horn dont work and it wont start up for me it will jerk on its own or turn off by it self and it stall out and motor went out for more then an our or so and I be on the side of the road stuck and I call the company that sold me the car to me and help they tell me they couldnt help me out. Mr. [redacted] came into the dealership on Wednesday July 19, 2017.  At that time we shared with him a copy of the check that was sent to his credit union. Also the refund will be sent to him from Guadalupe Credit Union and not Corley’s Albuquerque Lincoln Volvo .  We also gave Mr. [redacted]...

I am rejecting this response because: According to Corley"s records , they say that I was in their dealership a number of times 30 days prior to my wife and I wanting to look at a vehicle.  That is wrong, I did not sell my other vehicle until November 27, 2016.  As near as I can figure we went the first time on or about Dec. 3, 2016 and were only in once to test drive a vehicle, once to check what they might be able to locate, and the last time on November 14, 2016 to see what they had found and when it might be available to view.  They have said that I signed a binding agreement, but as I stated previously, I was told that signing electronic documents before the vehicle got there was JUST A FORMALITY and not concrete. Also, if we weren't satisfied that we were under NO OBLIGATION to continue with the lease. They also said that I would have to go to the dealership to discuss options  to void the lease, what were those options?  I talked to Lyric on November 20. 2016 and told him that since I never received any paperwork concerning any lease, and since it had already been processed on November 14, 2016 prior to the vehicle getting to them that I was quite upset and did not want the vehicle and wanted to void the lease  that they processed without my knowledge. That day was the last time that I had any contact with Corley's.  At that time they had already set up a time to meet, but I didn't feel comfortable and that was why I wanted to see whatever that they had on the cancellation. Still, nothing to this day. I want the lease voided and my money back.
