I ordered from this online website back in late August 8/30 and paid via[redacted]. I never received a confirm from this company, just a[redacted] receipt. I emailed the address I provided in the company details after a few weeks when my order was not received. They emailed back rather quickly citing supplier issues. A few more weeks went by and I emailed again and the person responded with a change of staff and back orders. I asked for a refund and the person didn't even acknowledge that request. At this point it was probably almost 2 months into this so I attempted to put a [redacted] dispute to get refunded. [redacted] declined my dispute because it's been over 45 days which is why I believe the person led me on to think my merchandise was eventually going to make it to me. After 45 days, [redacted] won't even review disputes. I have made 3 other attempts to email and request order status and now I don't even receive a response. I have found their site advertised on [redacted] and I continue to see them advertising on there. I also saw someone else respond to one of their posts they didn't receive their merchandise either. I did a[redacted] search and it looks like this company has been in legal trouble with[redacted] and selling unauthorized products. I made a purchase from this company online on 3 months ago and money was pulled from my account via [redacted] on that same date. To this date I have not received my product and was led on past the refund time that [redacted] allows. Since that time, I cannot get a response from the seller. The unprofessionalism of this company is what really gets me.
