Jason S[redacted], owner of SWX Cleveland LLC, is completely and totally false in his so-called "response." 1) We have not received a single cent of refund from him despite what he claims. If he continues to claim otherwise, he should present a cashed/deposited check from his bank as easy verification. It doesn't cost him anything and is very easy to provide such verification if he is not lying. 2) He did not pay a single cent of the money we gave him for [redacted] state government payments - he was supposed to pay the state tax [redacted], but he pocketed that money, never passing through the monies as agreed and as supposed to. Again, if he tries to disagree, he can easily present copies of certified checks/money orders, or [redacted] of [redacted] cashing the checks - this is simple, free, easy verification, which he fails to do. 3) No, he did not make an innocent clerical mistake. He made very malicious, deliberate, calculated mistakes, not just with our company, but several other companies. You simply can't make the same mistake for a whole year to a dozen companies in [redacted] and other states! It's simply impossible. Jason S[redacted] is the owner of the company, he sent invoices, he collected monthly payments, and he engaged in fraud, intently and maliciously. 4) He falsified evidence - he actually filed [redacted] returns with ZERO miles, and thus ZERO dollars due, but then provided us copies of statements that he falsely claimed to have filed showing the correct number of miles - and thus assessed fees5) [redacted] does not reveal or comment on their investigations until they decide the time is right. It can take them weeks, months and even years of patiently watching Mr. S[redacted], collecting evidence, to make sure they have a solid case. 6) Jason S[redacted] failed to provide ANY services, everything was bogus, false and fraudulent, hence he owes us back all of our money paid to him from 2016 till February 2017.We gave Jason S[redacted] a lot of business, trusting him and referring him to other businesses. His "appreciation" has been defrauding us, and spending our time filing police reports, making a report to the [redacted], filing a report with the [redacted] of [redacted] - and we are still not done, as we will be aggressively pursuing this case of fraud until it is resolved. Everything about Mr. S[redacted]'s business is fraudulent - down to the claim that he is Revdex.com accredited (which he is not)!
