Unfortunately the vendor that was drop shipping this order had taken longer than to process and ship the order and we weren't getting a clear answer This resulted in us being unable to give a clear answer to the customer This order has now been shipped and delivered We also upgraded the shipping method at no extra charge to make sure the parts were delivered so they could still meet their deadline they needed Again we apologize for the inconvenience and headache

Here is the documentation for the claim by *** ***This transaction, dated 8/4/2014, was already disputed when he attempted a claim through his credit cardOur merchant service, was able to determine that his case was not
legitimate, and disputed any refund to be issued
He failed to mention in the claim any of the details of the original claim
