Syan pools were able to full fill my sons Make A Wish. He had wished for a swimming pool. They preformed the prep work and installation. We were able to enjoy our pool for 4th of July. Very helpful with information and questions we had. Since we were fist time pool owners.

Syan pools did a great job! Called them middle of.June...had our pool in two weeks....just filled and ready for the 4th....so far so good...thanks Syan pools...27 ft...nice and roomy

Easiest company to deal with by far. Everything was a breeze. Bobby answered all of my 100 questions without a problem. We wound up purchasing a pool from Syan Pools after they came out and fixed some damages left from another installer free of charge. We're ecstatic to have the family swimming again, especially by 4th of July.

I was sold a defected pool liner, and second the repair job on the pool wall was ineffective causing total loss of pool, and major damage to deck.
April 3rd - sent text message to Syan Pools looking to purchase new pool liner

April 19th - I agreed via text to purchase the Lacoste pool liner for $430

April 25th - Syan Pools delivered the liner in a sealed box. I paid the total amount at time of delivery $430 in cash. No receipt was given.

April 28th - another trusted pool company installed liner

May 29th - Syan Pools was to make repair on rusted pool wall.

May 31st - Syan Pools replied via text that he can fix rusted pool wall, but we would need to purchase new liner.

June 5th - I notified Syan Pools with pictures of the tear at the seam of the liner we purchased from him.

June 10th - I re-iterated that there was a manufactured defect on the liner. Syan Pools replied with "the liner you got from me was not torn when I dropped it off." "if something happened amungst installation that's out of my hands." "now if by chance there was a separation at the seam, which out of 6,000 above ground pools I've installed, it has happened roughly only 5 times, then the liner would have been under a full manufactured warranty." I replied via text "there was a separation at the seam of the pool, we believe it was a manufacturer defect." I never received a receipt in order to make a defect claim.

June 11th - Syan Pools stated "we can patch the rusted wall with flashing.That's how we fix that problem. It is no where near bad enough to require a wall splice. We will patch the wall and add wall foam. It will also save you a ton of money." Syan Pools quoted me a total of $1300 which included "a liner, a roll of wall foam, wall foam adhesive, a roll of flashing, and all the labor involved."
June 12th -When Syan Pools arrived, after observation, they concluded that we did not need a liner replacement. Syan pools repaired the rusted wall issue. At completion of job I paid $650 in cash.
June 15th - Contacted Syan Pools via text "we still got the liner seam leak!!!!!" Syan Pools responded via text "they'll come tomorrow afternoon and patch it for you"
June 19th - Syan Pools arrived to fix liner leak. After job was completed, I told associate to have *** call me for payment.
June 23th - Pool wall collapsed at repair site. The pool wall damage caused total loss of pool and damage to pool deck.
June 24th - notified Syan Pools with pictures "repair job didn't work" Syan Pools replied via text "holy st" .. Syan Pools responded that the pool manufacturer needed to be contacted to issue a warranty on the pool. I explained the pool no longer had warranty, and that "between the defective liner at the seam and the botched repair job we are going to need all of our money refunded, a total of $1200." Syan Pools replied via text "Ma'am I'm sorry to inform you, but we did not install your liner. And you know we didn't! You will need to take that up with the person you contracted to install the liner to begin with. They're response for the leak in your liner if you had any. had you have contacted us to install the liner like you originally told us then we would have properly installed the liner and warranted any defects had there been any. Also, your pool drainage addressed when you hired those people to install your liner to begin with. We've done nothing but help you from "your nightmare" as you called it from dealing with the other person. But I knew then that I should not be helping you when you kept telling me you were waiting for someone to change your liner for free. I knew then that you were just looking to get something for nothing. I have a team of attorneys that would be awaiting your false allegations first thing in the morning. The only thing you have ever paid me or my company for is a liner 2 months ago! and you paid me $400 for the liner, I don't know where the $550 came from god bless you ma'am."
June 24 - An Independent pool specialist determined cause of pool collapse was due to inappropriate material/repair errors.

Requesting $5,500 in punitive damages

Desired Outcome

We are seeking a written apology for the defamatory comments Syan Pools made via text message on June 24th, and requesting punitive damages be paid for the replacement of pool, labor, and repairs to upper pool deck totaling an amount of $5,500. We have multiple photos and text screenshots to confirm our story. I was only able to upload one picture. But we are willing to provide more information if needed.

We did not fully understand the use of the word "punitive" ,....we are not looking for punitive damages. I am only requesting replacement and repair costs.

Ms *** contacted us early April 2020 complaining about another pool company improperly installing her liner in 2019 and requesting to purchase a liner from Us. We sold Ms *** a liner for $400 and she declined our services for installation explaining that she was having this other company install it for free. Approximately one month later Ms *** contacted us again complaining that her pool was damaged and she could not get ahold of the person that installed her liner. I asked Ms *** what the problem was with her pool (as we've never seen the pool) and she stated there was a hole in her wall. I told Ms *** that the person who installed her liner should've notified her of the damaged pool prior to installing the new liner. Ms *** asked that we come fix the pool for her as she is trying to post the house on AirBNB. I explained to Ms *** that in order to fix her damaged pool she would need to purchase a new liner. Ms *** became distraught because she just purchased that new liner one month prior. I explained to her that once you drain the water from a vinyl liner then it becomes no more good. Approximately two weeks after the prior conversation Ms *** contacted Me again to tell Me her liner had a leak. I told Ms *** she would need to contact the person who installed the liner. She then began to complain about how they were "crooks" and that the pool was beginning to be a nightmare etc etc. Ms *** then asked me if her liner was under warranty, I explained to her that it was under a full warranty (included in the box with the liner) but the warranty would be voided if it was not properly installed by a proffesional. I explained to Ms *** what the liner manufacturer warranty covered. Ms *** contacted Me a week or so later to tell Me that her liner had a hole in the seam and that they drained the water out and patched the liner. Ms *** notified me that she would be filling her pool back up in hopes of it not leaking. Ms *** attempted to call Me on almost a daily basis after this. Due to the time of the year and being as busy as I am, I was unable to answer her every call. a few weeks later I told Ms *** I was unable to sell her a new liner due to the shortage in pools and liners across the country. I told Ms *** she would need to contact somebody else. I never spoke to Ms *** following that conversation. on June 23, 2020 Ms *** left Me a Voicemail stating "*** its ***, please call me back, I Love You". I never returned the call due to how uncomfortable it made me feel. as of June 27, 2020 Ms Carolyn *** has NEVER hired Syan Pools or the Owner for Any contracted Labor. The Only business Ms *** has Ever done with Us is in early April of 2020 she purchased a liner for $400. The day she purchased the liner is the one and ONLY time Ms *** and I (Robert) have ever had Any sort of personal encounter. Had Ms *** contracted Us to begin with to install her liner, we would've told her of her pool damage (if any) and addressed that at that very time. Also, We would've been able to assist her with any of her other pool or liner problems. Syan Pools has a reputation of Helping those in need.

We had a very difficult time with our pool supplier, Over a month to get the pool at our home in boxes. Then the craziness of finding a pool installer. My wife was at her wits end. All installers were telling her they were more than a month out on their wait list. She asked me to call Syan pools. We were not sure if they would service us as we were almost in Alabama and this location was in Panama City. It took one call to Mr. and from that point forward we were finally at ease. No more stress. Mr *** and his crew communicated with us through each transition. They know how to install a pool. Thanks again Mr ***, Crew and Syan Pools!

If you need a pool, please go with Syan Pools. From start to finish the process was smooth. Bobby and his crew are professional and hard working to make sure the job is right. My pool was installed a week earlier than anticipated. I can thank Syan pools enough.

We have been using SYAN POOLS for the past few years. First I want start with how the company came out and completely took down our poll and leveled our pool back out from one in the past who did not install the pool correctly to begin with! Did a fantastic job on getting our pool back up and running as to how it should be! Then called SYAN POOLS again to come back and do a liner replacement.. Top notch customer service! They did a great job installing my pool last year! I had ants get into my pool pump over the winter and they ruined the motor. I can't say enough about this company!! I had been watching Syan Pools page on Facebook for over 2 years and Finally my Husband agreed to let me have the 33' Pool!! Syan Pool Company communicated with me throughout the whole process and there wasn't any Surprises Other than the look on my Kids face when they seen their new pool!! Best Company To Deal with!! I would Recommend them to even the most pickiest of people!!
