darker to cover the green and this client agreed to that. My stylist applied a dark brown level 4 hair color and blue (both semi permanent colors because of her allergy to permanent hair color) to her hair and she seemed satisfied with the results and paid her bill and left. She later called and said she wasn't happy, and I happened to take the call. I toid her that we would be happy to correct any problem with her hair and that our policy was to correct any problems with 2 weeks. She said she was having an allergic reaction so I made an exception and booked her an appointment for 3 weeks later. She called right before her appointment and wanted to move it out another 3 weeks. We said we were sorry but we could not correct her color completely free 6 weeks after the original color since that is when she would be due for another color. She was extremely rude on the phone and she did not come in at any time and let us see her hair or allergic reaction. Now she wants her color corrected and her money back?I am truly sorry she is not happy and would have been eager to fix her complaint in a reasonable amount of time.Sincerely,Sybil S[redacted] owner

I went to Sybil Salon and Spa on Oct 12, 2016 with medium brown/grey roots and much of the remaining hair was brown with faded green ombre. My stylist agreed to touch up my roots (dye them medium brown) and suggested we bring out the green. She said that they were out of green hair dye, but that they had blue. I agree to have the blue put over my green hair. Once my hair was dried I noticed much to my dismay that my hair was all dyed black. I asked her what happened. She said she thought black would look good on me. I told her my dissatisfaction and left.
I had to leave town on the business the next morning. I started to get an allergic reaction to the black hair dye. My scalp, ears, and forehead broke out in blisters.  My eyelids and lips swelled.  I knew I was allergic to black hair dye. I never told this to my hair stylist as I never in a million years thought she would dye my hair black.
When I returned I called the salon to express my disappointment of my hair and explain that by not telling me that they were using black hair dye on my head that they put me in danger. The owner said that I could make an appointment to get my hair fixed when my allergic reaction dyed down.
I made an appointment for the afternoon of Wednesday Nov 2nd. The Sunday before my scheduled appointment I still had an allergic reaction to the hair dye. I attached a photograph my allergic reaction on my ear with my black hair dated Sunday Oct 30th.  Sybil Salon and Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays. I called as soon as I was able to on Tuesday Nov 1st (the day before my appointment). I attached a screenshot of my phone call to ###-###-####, the number of Sybil Salon, as documentation. No one picked up during this phone call, so I left a message explaining that I still had an allergic reaction and would have to schedule. I said that I didn't know how long it would be, but could possibly be weeks.
At a later date I received a phone call from the stylist. She claimed that I called to cancel the appointment directly before I appointment. I told her I didn't. She  stated that they were never going to take my the black from my hair as that would be too much of a process. She would go admit to dying my hair black and then also back pedal  that she never dyed my hair black. She said they would only add more green hair dye. I told her that there is little good dying green over black hair as it would never show up. She stated at this point they were not even going to consider repairing their mistake.  I asked her if my only reasonable recourse was to contact the Revdex.com and she said yes. Before I got off the phone I asked her to have the owner call me. The owner never did.
In these situations there is much conjecture. Thankfully in the age of cell phones much of this is documented. I included screenshots with dates that would prove Sybil Salon and Spa's claims otherwise.
