They signed me up for a credit card without my consent. They said they were just checking my credit but they lied. I recieved the card in the mail and immediately canceled it.

Financial bullies. I stayed 2 "free" nights. I paid 1400 out of pocket and have not been back. I have a 1600.00 judgment against me, my husband has a 1300.00 judgment against him and I have a 9500.00 debt on my credit also. They add an "interest" fee every 4 to 5 years to keep it on your credit! We had asked them to let us out of our contract because my husband lost his job. They would not so if this keeps others from making the same mistake we did, I am happy to help. I am sure there are many more out there going thru this with them.

Sold a contract promising so much & has proven to be useless & extremely expensive. I am contacting you in regards to my account. I believe the account number is: XXXXXXX under the name of [redacted]. On December 13th, 2012 I was sold on" hopes and dreams" to a cost efficient travel program that apparently would save me a lot of money. I live in my RV full time and since I work on the road, the representatives at that time advised me that I could receive major discounts at your resorts by buying points. It turns out that after you take in the $239.69 as well as the maintenance fee of $138.61 you are already in for well over $400.00 not including the purchasing of points. It turned out that I was actually spending more money than a customer without your services. In the past three years, I have only used your services once. Your services were used down in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As I mentioned above I travel on the road and I have yet to find a place where I've been relocated to where your locations are available. I am quite baffled how your company sells "this dream" advising individuals that they have locations everywhere when I know that is not true. You can certainly look up Roxboro NC, Winfield,KS and Richmond, TX. You have very few resorts available in each state which from my understanding when I signed up for the program there would be a lot more. You only have 31 resorts in Texas of which is a combination of Coast Resorts and Good Neighbor. Even worse, none of the resorts in a state as huge as Texas are even based around one of the bigger cities like Houston, Austin, or Dallas. Granted you do show two around San Antonio but that's a decent drive from where I'm currently at. You have a whopping four resorts in Kansas and in North Carolina you show ten resorts. The www.coastresorts.com shows a limited amount of Resorts throughout each state and Travel Resorts of North Carolina shows a whopping six listings for resorts. While financial and other major events have occurred in my life I also feel like I was deceived and lied to about your program and the benefits you would receive. You are asking me to commit to paying you monthly charges and maintenance fee's that I can't even benefit from what so ever. It would be a completely different scenario if you had locations all throughout the states but you don't. You simply have a random few which in my opinion is very misleading and outright deceptive. In summary, I hope you will understand my frustration and disappointment with your services. I feel like I am entitled to a partial refund of at least $2,200.00. I will not ask for the full refund since I did use your service one time and I feel that $1,000.00 is more than enough to cover the one time usage. I hope we can work on this together to come to a reasonable solution. I sent a letter to you dated November 30th, 2015 and allowed more than enough time for a response to be received and I have never heard anything from you. Tracking shows that the letter I mailed to you was delivered on December 11th, 2015.Desired SettlementI am simply asking for a refund of $2,200.00 and for the contract to be ended and for the company to remove it from all three major credit bureaus. Business Response Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to address the points made by the consumer. The consumer notes fees that he paid. The first amount he notes was the agreed upon amount so that he would receive the benefits of accessing the network of Coast to Coast resorts at a steeply discounted rate. The second fee which he was also made aware during the sales process is the maintenance fee for his home resort which he has privileges to camp for free. To the consumer's statement about the availability of Coast to Coast resorts, he was shown a map of all of the available resorts in their network. This information was provided prior to his purchase at Sycamore Lodge. Lastly, the consumer has not made any payments in some time and is currently in default and in collections. As we are confident that the information provided to this consumer was both thorough and accurate, we will not be offering any refund. Thank you.
