Please note Ms [redacted] entered into a contractual agreement with Italian Moving Network, a relocation company located in Rome, Italy.? All issues in her complaint namely, the dispute with the representative in Italy, additional items in the garage, repeated attempts to obtain information, the port strike in Italy? and the additional charges before her shipment arrived in the US should be directed to Italian Moving Network in Italy.? Transportation Worldwide, Incwas appointed by Italian Moving Network to assist with the US customs clearance and delivery of Ms [redacted] shipment to her US residence.? Transportation Worldwide had no direct agreement with Ms [redacted] .? The only charges collected on the US side were $detailed below.? Transportation Worldwide confirmed the arrival of Ms [redacted] container on September 2nd and advised her we were waiting for US Customs Clearance to complete.? Transportation Worldwide was aware of Ms [redacted] interest in getting the container delivered quickly.? On September 4th, we advised Ms [redacted] we were hoping for customs clearance today and advised her "the local agent in Florida could deliver her shipment on September 9th.? Please confirm if this will work."? September 9th was the first available date of delivery.? On September 4th, Ms [redacted] replied back the date would not work and inquired about September 10th.? We responded back on September 4th after researching and delivery on September 10th would result in an additional charge of $due to container per diem fees charged by the steamship lines.? We advised our delivery agent Ms [redacted] was not available for delivery on the 9th and inquired about the 10th per Ms [redacted] instructions.? Unfortunately, even though Ms [redacted] replied back quickly, due to the holiday weekend and by the time we reached our delivery agent again, the slot had been booked and only allowed for a 10th delivery.? When Ms [redacted] advised she could not receive delivery on the 9th there was no reason why or disclaimer if additional charges were involved
