Mr [redacted] purchased the vehicle in question, Ford F-102K miles, "As Is - No Warranty"....He signed all the papers stating that "The Buyer will pay all cost for any repairsThe Dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statement about vehicle" Mr [redacted] decided to purchase this vehicle without taking the time to come and inspect it PRIOR TO PURCHASE....Understanding that he lives far away from our dealership, there are numerous companies that for a fee, come out and inspect vehicles in situations like this PRIOR TO PURCHASEMr [redacted] was never told he was buying a NEW truck....The truck is years old with over 100K miles, and has wear and tear for a vehicle of it's age and use...Mr [redacted] was never told that we guarantee "OUT OF STATE" inspection, he was told that we inspect all of our trucks and cars and make necessary repairs....We replaced the battery, changed the oil, replaced the fuel pump, changed the a/c actuator and replaced the climate control resistor in the Ford Fthat Mr [redacted] purchasedWe're sorry to hear that Mr [redacted] is unhappy with his purchase as we here at SyFy Auto strive to do our very best to ensure customer satisfactionUnfortunately dealing with used cars and trucks that is not always possibleSincerely, [redacted] General Manage

[redacted]ard [redacted] purchased a vehicle from our dealership on 6/6/16....He was issued a temporary tag and took possession of the vehicle...The truck he purchased from us was a trade-in vehicle which we paid off at time of trade, however the title was never mailed out to us....When we realized that we...

did not have possession of the title, we immediately contacted the bank to expedite the release of the title in question...We contacted Mr [redacted] and made him aware of the situation and also issued him a second temporary tag for him to be able to drive his vehicle until we received his title and were able to register his truck...We have since received the title, registered Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle and Mr [redacted] has picked up his title, plates and registration from our dealership over 2 weeks ago

The customer took possession of the vehicle knowing that in order to use the bank approval given there was specific information needed by the lending institution. This was explained fully! The customer then failed to provide the information the lending institution needed to fund the vehicle. When...

the customer was notified that the contracts were being returned by the institution, the customer held the vehicle for a few days putting over 2000 miles on the truck. After this the same customer tried buying another vehicle from SyFy Auto and again had to return the truck. To top it off the same customer came back with a co-signer this time and made a third purchase from us (SyFy Auto), and again are failing to provide the income information necessary to complete the deal! So far we have had to prepare and cancel contracts for three different trucks. In addition these customers have put over 3000 miles collectively on three separate vehicles!
