I am rejecting this response because: yes I did talk to [redacted] which I don't even know who he is ! He didn't see my dog! And dr [redacted] put in my record to bring back dog and she didn't say that !! She did nothing to reverse the allergy to the medication ! She did nothing to help my dog ! That's what I'm mad about ! They put her through physical hell! They had given her that medication before and she got sick and they had me stop it ! [redacted] said they had noted it it my records not to give it to her again but when I went and got the records it wasn't in there ! The front desk gave me the records but were whispering to each other before they gave them to me !! She took the papers to the other room to go through them before she gave me any ! [redacted] told me if I had brought her back they would have helped me financially! They didn't help me the day I did take her in when she was frothing at the mouth nose and eyes!! I had to ask her to look in her mouth and throat!! I asked for eye drops and predinozne and she said no ! I could give her Benadryl! They didn't even know the side effects of that medicine and did nothing!!! I wouldn't have that big bill if they had done there job and he knows it!!!!! Thanks [redacted] ***

Hello,We received a packet from USPS. It was a large pack of documents. It ended up being about two-three pages of a letter from the client. Attached were a dozen or so invoices. I read the letter. She stated that since she was not satisfied she wanted us to pay for medical services at our hospital...

and at another hospital once she left. Told her that we did no wrong and we would not pay her medical bill at our hospital or the other hospital. We talked for about 30 minutes and she seemed pretty satisfied with the outcome. We went over everything, went back and forth about the whole process and she seemed OK. We wanted to see her pet back for rechecks if she did not get better but owner decided to go elsewhere. She had extensive work done and wanted us to pay for the bill.Please let me know if you need details. I have never done this before. This is a medical case and not sure what info I can give you.
