Review: On sept. [redacted]; I requested to have my car ready at the garage for the next day (sept. [redacted] @ 5am) for a job at [redacted] I was conducting.

from 5AM-5:32AM the garage door was closed, and the attendant was no where to be found.

this is supposed to be a 24 hour facility; clearly stated in signage throughout the garage as well as in the contract agreement.

after numerous attempts at calling the facility, ringing the bell, and banging on the door; I left to find another means of transportation.

I was unable to retrieve my vehicle that morning.

what if there was a medical emergency where I needed to take my children some where?

I have left several voicemails and emails for the management team at Sylvan ([redacted] and [redacted]); however there is no response.

this is why I am going through a different avenue to rectify this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a call back as to what happened that morning; I was not the only customer affected.

I would like a credit for the month of service.

I would like my transportation fees and job fees I was unable to conduct that sunday morning issued to me.

and a letter of apology from [redacted].

Review: My car got hit in Sylvan Parking Company's [redacted]) more than two months ago and I have never been able to reach them regarding the claim ever since.

One of their parking attendants was backing up a car way too fast without looking and hit my car before I can react. I immediately asked for insurance information for the claim and the attendant refused to provide any names or phone numbers. He gave me a form to fill out and ask for me to call their office number.

Me and my insurance agent have been calling for more than fifty times in the past two months to no avail. We would either reach the voice mail or get hang up as soon as we say the word "claim". This has been going on for the last four months and I really need it to be resolved and get my car fixed.Desired Settlement: I need someone who handles claims to get back to me immediately and handles my claim in a timely manner as they (Sylvan Parking Company) have completely ignored us for the past two months. I need to repair my car as soon as possible.

Review: The [redacted] of the place, is very irresponsible. I have put in a claim for more than a month. never got any response till last week. the parking attendant crash my car. claim he never did it. I have been asking for cameras footage. they just have been telling us, we have to wait for the main office to response. I have also call the main office, Tel: ###-###-#### so many time. spoke to a lady name [redacted], left voice mails for the person in charge to call me back to give me a answer, to show me prove of the decline of my claim. never heard back. keeps telling me to call back. this is a second time it has happened. I have also other parking attendants with similar issues. because of language barrier they didn't file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: need the facility to reimburse for the damages to my car and other cars with damages.
