continue to take care of Rivertown customers, whether Rivertown has a physical address or not. As part of the [redacted] program, the homeowner is to have their equipment serviced by a licensed company and be able to provide service records for every year of maintenance. The homeowner is also supposed to tell the servicing contractor that they have [redacted] so  a pre-authorization number can be obtained before the work is done. This is necessary for coverage of the work to be completed.  The [redacted]'s did not call into [redacted] before they called us to fix the problem but instead called us after they received an invoice from us to then tell us that they have [redacted]. My bookkeeper did everything she could to get the charges covered by [redacted] and asked the [redacted]'s to try to contact [redacted] themselves. We have spent numerous hours on the phone, emailing, and mailing information to [redacted] to resolve this issue. We got nowhere with [redacted] told us on several occasions that they will not cover the charges. I see in the notes that [redacted]s said they contacted us today. We have not heard from them today. We will be contacting them today and crediting their account. [redacted] is the one that [redacted] and [redacted] should be complaining to the Revdex.com about. We have tried everything on our end to get this issue resolved.
