The ***'s have been in contact with our bookkeeper who processes paperworkThe [redacted] Warranty is a third party not associated with Sylvander HeatingEach customer is offered this at the time of equipment purchase form our companySylvander Heating is our main company and we continue to take care of Rivertown customers, whether Rivertown has a physical address or notAs part of the [redacted] program, the homeowner is to have their equipment serviced by a licensed company and be able to provide service records for every year of maintenanceThe homeowner is also supposed to tell the servicing contractor that they have [redacted] so a pre-authorization number can be obtained before the work is doneThis is necessary for coverage of the work to be completed The ***'s did not call into [redacted] before they called us to fix the problem but instead called us after they received an invoice from us to then tell us that they have [redacted] ***My bookkeeper did everything she could to get the charges covered by [redacted] and asked the ***'s to try to contact [redacted] themselvesWe have spent numerous hours on the phone, emailing, and mailing information to [redacted] to resolve this issueWe got nowhere with [redacted] *** [redacted] told us on several occasions that they will not cover the chargesI see in the notes that ***s said they contacted us todayWe have not heard from them todayWe will be contacting them today and crediting their account [redacted] is the one that [redacted] and [redacted] should be complaining to the Revdex.com aboutWe have tried everything on our end to get this issue resolved
