While Sylvania prices are reasonable, they do not stand by their products. I had an issue with the 7" dual portable DVD player that I purchased on Black Friday 2013. By January 2014, the adapter cord for the car popped and only one DVD player would even light up (it wasnt working but the other one did not come on at all). Of course I am terrible with receipt so, I contacted them for a replacement and NOTHING. I was given a bogus confirmation number, and was never contacted by a representative. That was nearly 30 days ago! I still have not heard from Sylvania, and each time I contact them, a rep says they don't handle this and that, and push me off on someone else. There was no getting through to them. So sitting in my living room is a set of portable DVD players that are about to be trashed!
