Sylvia Rayfield & Associates cancelled our NCLEX review course and did not have the courtesy to notify us in any way. Then, when we try to get a refund for a service they cancelled, they refuse. Their compensation is to attend a different course over 100 miles away or attend an online review. We paid for a service, they cancelled, we should have an option to choose a refund or to select the online review. NOT be denied a return of our money because they do not want to pay to send an employee to our small town for an insufficient number of attendees.
