I updated my Norton Antivirus and it bugged my computer outi couldn't click on anything or type anythingi had to have a Tech access my computer from a different state and manually go in and remove the software from my computerNorton is by far the worst antivirus product out on the market and strongly do not recommend this product to anybody

I discovered they have been charging me for a product I have not accessed for at least a couple years, associated with an email long gone I never authorized recurring credit card charges When I called to cancel, request refund, at least proration of last annual charge I was put on hold for a long long time, and then was only given options to extend service I hate rip-off ethics of this company and will not extend service Never going to use them again

Symantec / [redacted] charged my credit card for an $renewal without my authorizationThey claim an email was sent to me prior to charging my account, however I found nothing Their customer service stopped future automatic renewals, but refused to issue any type of refund prorated or otherwise I will never purchase any product from Symantec ever again

I receive spam e-mail from Norton and/or Symantec on a near daily basis, AND they have called my business regularly and repeatedly despite the fact that I've told them I am not interested nor will I ever be interested in their servicesI attempted to ask them stop e-mailing me on their Facebook page and they ignored me and then blocked me from posting

Company charged my account for renewal with no authorization. Claimed an email was sent a month earlier. It was never received. Called and resolved the charges but will not purchase product with them again.
