My husband and I contacted Tampa Bay Yacht Management about replacing the teak in our sailboat cockpit with a synthetic teak that is advertised on their website On Jan 3, we met Kevin T*** on our boat for an estimate He gave us a price of $and told us that we would need to remove the existing teak We agreed on the price and I gave him a check while he was there for $500, the amount of deposit he requested He told us to call him when we had the existing teak removed and he would come back and make a template From that point it would take about weeks before installation We removed the teak and I called him Jan and left a message that the teak was removed and we were ready for him to come back Since he had not called back I called again Jan He said that he would call me back I did not get a return call and both my husband and I tried to get in contact with him by phone several times We both kept getting his voice mail and we both left messages
