I have a contract [redacted] with " Symetrie Interiors" run by [redacted] ,[redacted] He is * Continuing basement structural demolition without permit , after repeated requests - even though the contract says to establish a permit for basement legal suite* Using unprofessional people work for him ([redacted]) , [redacted] Asking money and trying to add up cost* Delaying the project and not showing up* Using abusive languages and showing up anytime without letting us know* Trying to enter my house and take away materials I purchased for the project As the winter is coming , we do not have proper heating system running, there is only one washroom for 5 of us. The basement is a mess. We are in deep trouble. [redacted]Desired SettlementTo summerise we are looking for : 1. The contractor either finish the job within stipulated time mentioned in schedule "A" or get out of the contract. [redacted]2. No work without permit will be allowed and no entry will be allowed till the issue is resolved. 3. All his equipment should be taken from our property in presence of authorities / police , as soon as possible, I emailed him 2 times already4. Stop verbally abusing us with slang languages and rude attitude 5. Return our money and/or fix the damages done by his non-technical employees - [redacted]6. He should provide all supporting documents to prove his claims - if he has anything to claim 7. All employees and sub-trades information submitted for entry in the property with insurance coverage8. If he wants to continue , we need to sign an amendment with milestone and payment plan
