I bought a house from [redacted] M. [redacted] in 2011. He did not hold up to his part of a warranty/guarantee agreement regarding repairs.I bought a house from [redacted] in 2011. Immediately there was issues with the tile grout. The grout was cracking and deteriorating within the first 6 months in the house. [redacted] and his contractor who performed the work agreed to come back and regrout. The contractors let the grout sit in the sun after mixing it which is stated on the dry grout mix as what not to do. Additionally, there were settlement cracks in the garage flooring that [redacted] agreed to clean and seal as a part of the 1 year warranty with the house which were never taken care of. I have now had an issue with the brick pavers at the back porch/patio failing due to no footer being put in the hold back porch/patio pavers in place.Desired SettlementRepair & Compensation
