These people are crooks they charge you for everything I'm going to have to get a lawyer to get my security deposit backAnd the management is horrible*** is propably the worst property manager I met

This owner/management company is a fraud,*** *** is a thieve,allow to steal from hard working people and gets away with it,he register his business as a contractor,but just got red tags from the city for doing remodeling without permits and for using workers without licenses and illegal immigrants,and many more issues with this business

I was a prospect renter need a my application fee to be refunded as promised by *** due to the unit I was interested in was not available

My name is *** *** and I have been constantly requesting maintenance online and over the phone from my landlord for the inside of my apartment for the past three weeks and no one has yet to fix the issuesIt's a horrible dangerous leak inside straight down the roof near the staircase trailing down intensely into my dinning room, so as any of my family members walk down the stairs they will most likely slip 50/percent chance because the leak trails straight in front of the entrance of the stairs, which also reminds me how two of my daughters already slipped from this dangerous leak two weeks agoOverall, for the safety of my family this is so disappointing how I'm paying $1,dollars& plus to rent this townhome and my own landlord's maintenance cant even fix such a dangerous damageLastly, I'm writing your facility so you can please find it in your heart to resolve this issue as soon as possible, Thank You!

I am requesting your intermediation to help me get my security deposit back from landlord Symphony Builders in ***, because after more than months of constant requests, they have refused to deliver it in full, for no apparent reason
This landlord alleges the existence of damages for the amount of $ 478.62, without apparent justification, despite the fact that it points out the existence of an error in the deduction (requesting basically a Billing adjustment) based on videos sent to them, where I showed (in my opinion) the perfect state of preservation of the property and the absence of the damages alleged by themI requested an inspection in my presence and this was denied by alleged company policies

Symphony Builders LLC, under management [redacted], is a dishonest business. This company requires a security deposit and has no intention of returning it. I rented an apartment at Bellagio, and left it immaculate. I was charged $ 500.00 move out fees for what the law calls normal wear and tear. I lived there for a year and never hung anything on the walls, shampooed the carpet, and painted the walls including bathroom cabinets.
I furthered my lease onto another property under the same management, and thus apartment was dirtier then the one I moved out of. Surprisingly, the former teneant showed up at my door for mail, and I began to ask questions regarding fees he was charged after he moved out. The charges were for items never repaired by the Landlord, as they were the same upon my move in.
