Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I waited two weeks after the store promised I "should see the refund in a few days." BEFORE I contacted the Revdex.com It took in excess of days for the refund to be made At no time was "store policy" mentioned.No need to wait days to process a refund The customer is not satisfied, as you promised a refund in a few days days no way qualifies as a few Regards, [redacted]

We recently received a complaint # [redacted] regarding a customer who was renting with us monthly and returned his rental and was still charged the following month We responded to the customers email promptly and explained why his account was charged and why it takes some time for the refund to be processed Below is a copy of the original email with our responseCustomer: (09/05/ 11:am ) I returned my rented viola on the 30th of August yet I have been charged another months rental on Sep Why? Symphony Supply: (09/05/4:pm) As soon as you turned in the viola, we turned the ACH payment off, but the batch had already run.With returns, we ask to have a week’s notice before a payment is to be run because the bank runs payments days early or late sometimes, especially around holidaysWe’re not sure why that isIn these cases, we have to let the payment go through then give a refundYou should see the refund in a few daysThank you very much for renting from Symphony SupplyIF we can be of service in the future, please give us a callEven though he returned his viola before his next rental date, his payment had already been processed We then have to wait until the money shows up in our account BEFORE we can submit a credit The credit was successfully completed on 10/03/for a refund of $ That took about days for the refund to be processed This is the quickest we could refund the customer The customer only contacted us this once to ask about the refund before contacting Revdex.com We have an adequate response and followed our store policy Unfortunately, this did not satisfy the customerSymphony Supply###-###-####

We did a tree job for chuck the owner twice.  Everything went according to plan each time. All wood & branches was removed and all debris cleaned up. A top notch job like we do for every homeowner . at the end of the job ,chuck the homeowner asked me if I would perform a job in the future...

that we don't do. He'd asked me if I would use my bucket / boom truck and install his satellite antenna on top of the roof. He would secure antenna his self he said. I told chuck that it would have to be one day I have some time after work. There was no contract for antenna job. Never received any money . Think I was going to charge him one hundred dollars or so.  I was trying to be nice to chuck by doing this job for him. But we been busy with storm work and when I was planning on doing chucks job, we just get hit with three weeks of rain. Chuck called me on a raining day to ask me when I was plan on scheduling. I told him as soon as the rain stops and I get a handle on my jobs that was scheduled on the days it rained. I was calling chuck actually this week trying to schedule chucks antenna job for Sunday morning may 20, 2016. I'm really disappointed chuck would do this on a non contract job that I was pretty much doing for a favor . This job was going to take a total of 5 minutes. IF we can be of service in the future, please give us a call. Even though he returned his viola before his next rental date, his payment had already been processed.  We then have to wait until the money shows up in our account BEFORE we can submit a credit.  The credit was successfully completed on 10/03/2017 for a refund of $27.26.  That took about 30 days for the refund to be processed.  This is the quickest we could refund the customer.  The customer only contacted us this once to ask about the refund before contacting Revdex.com.  We have an adequate response and followed our store policy.  Unfortunately, this did not satisfy the customer. Symphony Supply###-###-####
