I guess if you drive a Mercedes they will not service your vehicleOlder gentleman today said they don't service all vehicles even though what I needed was not complicatedHe gave me different reasons why he can't service my vehicle and none of them made any sense and though I told him the younger gentleman I spoke to on a different occasion said they can service my vehicle he still turned me awayI drive a Mercedes CLK Coupe and a ML so I guess I'll have to take my two vehicles and spend my money elsewhere
Very disappointed in the entire process. We signed our contract and gave our deposit in November 2015 and our pool is still not fully complete, we have two punch list items left. They did not start construction until January 2016 after I had to call and hound them to get started. This was just a simple residential pool build with spa. The owner is apparently the site manager and frankly they do not care. There is inadequate oversight of the sub contractors, the site management was poor at best. I had to ask the excavator crew to leave because they were driving a bobcat on my drain field after we asked them not to and buried a sprinkler head they knowingly broke without telling anyone. The owner just quits taking calls, sorry Marty we just expected our pool to be completed by now, we are only in the 9 month since we signed the contract. I had high hopes for this company because they were local to us but they do not seem to know who is on first, I would be utterly embarrassed if this is how I ran my company. The only thing I can think of is they really do not care about the customer and if you use them you will see. Please take my advice, do not use this company or you will regret it. Worst big purchase experience ever.
Terrible experience. We have had a leak in the pool for 6 years. They have never admitted to the problem even when the water goes down 2 inches overnight. Paperwork indicates a 10 year warranty on the shell of the pool. NOT WORTH THE paper it is written on. Maybe a class action law suit is in order. P. D[redacted] Clermont Florida
