We have received your letter in regards of the complaint flied by Mr. [redacted] with ID [redacted].
It states in your latest letter that you have not received any written response from Synapse
Engineering Inc., on this matter, when in fact we have written...

conversations with you in regards to
this matter via email sent from one of our staff members, In addition to direct contact With Mr. [redacted]
and also the company that sold him our product CIP Motorsports In CT.
Synapse Engineering Inc., has made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] directly, left messages and
sent emails without any response. CIP Motorsports in CT, which is the company that sold Mr. [redacted]
our product, have also called and emailed the consumer but have not received any response.
It is difficult to help a customer when we are unable to reach them tn regards to a complaint
But please know we are willing to help this customer and resolve any issue he might have with our
product, and have made several attempts to do so.
We feel it is unjust for Synapse Engineering to receive a low rating due to lack of response when in
fact we have been in communication with both Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] and the company that sold him our
product.
We appreciate the prompt resolution of this matter, and would like to see our company remain in
high rating.

Hi I have received my refund and all issues have been resolved with Synapse engineering

Review: Purchased a product off of them a few weeks back. Product was for my car, it has had several fitment issues. I've gotten past one major issue but another remains. The product isn't formed correctly and is rubbing against the frame of the car, causing a vibration. As time passes I imagine that the friction developed in this area will wear a hole in the product causing it to fail. I've contacted them a couple times, after the first time of actually speaking to them they've failed to return any calls/emails. I then went to the third party vendor which I purchased the part from, he's done a lot for me in terms of getting communication setup between Synapse and myself. Each time Synapse has promised to contact me, they've failed to do so. I've offered to only return part of the product in exchange for a partial refund, still heard nothing. The one time I did speak with them on the phone they didn't seem to believe that I was truly having issues and said that it was my fault and that I needed to work harder to avoid the issues from happening. I've found several other people indicating the same issues on a couple forums as well, so this is not an isolated incident. I have grown tired of waiting for a resolution and would now like a full refund instead of just the partial one that was totally within reason.Desired Settlement: A full refund for a faulty product that was designed incorrectly.
