Hi I have received my refund and all issues have been resolved with Synapse engineering

Dear [redacted] , We have received your letter in regards of the complaint flied by Mr [redacted] with ID [redacted] It states in your latest letter that you have not received any written response from Synapse Engineering Inc., on this matter, when in fact we have written conversations with you in regards to this matter via email sent from one of our staff members, In addition to direct contact With Mr [redacted] and also the company that sold him our product CIP Motorsports In CT Synapse Engineering Inc., has made several attempts to contact Mr [redacted] directly, left messages and sent emails without any responseCIP Motorsports in CT, which is the company that sold Mr [redacted] our product, have also called and emailed the consumer but have not received any response It is difficult to help a customer when we are unable to reach them tn regards to a complaint But please know we are willing to help this customer and resolve any issue he might have with our product, and have made several attempts to do so We feel it is unjust for Synapse Engineering to receive a low rating due to lack of response when in fact we have been in communication with both Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] and the company that sold him our product We appreciate the prompt resolution of this matter, and would like to see our company remain in high rating Kind Regards, [redacted] President
