MrFrank was hired to complete a driveway for meWe agreed to pay half of the money for the project which was paidMrFrank came to the residence and scooped driveway to the side of my yard, placed some stakes in the ground and the forming boards for the driveway a few days after the contract was signedHe did not remove any of the material (rock, sod or dirt) from my residenceMrFrank then told me the driveway would be poured the next weekThe days that MrFrank said he would be there to pour, he would not show up, and would not respond to my attempts to call him and would not respond to my textsMrFrank would then promise to show up on another day to pour the concrete and again would not show up or respond to attempts to contact himThis occurred multiple timesWhen I did hear from him via text messages, he would be unprofessional, rude, mean, and curse at me in text messagesI then informed that due to him not pouring the concrete on the days that he said he would an
We hired this business on March 30, to replace an existing gravel driveway with a concrete oneOn the date the contract was signed, my wife gave MrFrank a check in the amount of $3,and on June 14,2018, MrFrank stated he needed the remainder of the contract amount before he could complete the job, so he was given the final payment of $2,As of today, July 17, 2018, the only work that has been accomplished is the driveway has been dug out and some of the forms were installedBut with the amount of time that has lapsed, those forms have warped and will need to be straightened out before the remainder of the forms can be addedIn addition, the driveway now has weeds that will need to be removed prior to any concrete being poured
