Of course this is an opinion based on an experience with a bank. Attempted to establish CD through ACH. Bank representative somehow duplicated and overdrew account, causing account to be suspended and loss of use for a week. No access to funds, Declined transactions and multiple attempts to correct failed. This all has resulted in hurting relationships and character plus fees. Is this possibly an act of negligence on part of Synchrony Bank representative that errored in attempting to fund a new cd. Synchrony is not the bank I anticipated. Don’t they owe the customer perfect service without negative consequences. Hope is that all gets corrected. Worked with customer ice and accounting. They stated multiple times just have to wait to see it resolved over time. Really!

We have been in contact with the homeowners multiple times.  We have exchanged approximately 10 emails, 20 text messages and dozens of phone calls including  4 visits to the home to work.  There was no sewage backed up in the house.  What happened was the landscaper unknowingly...

knocked a hole in the sewer line outside and gravel fell into the pipe.  When the homeowner ran his garbage disposal, water and carrots backed up into the basement tub, storage room drain, and water got on the carpet.  We immediately addressed the issue and had it cleaned up and hired [redacted] to extract the water out of the carpet and spray an enzyme to prevent mold or further damage.  We pulled the carpet back to ensure both the carpet and pad dried and had it reinstalled.  We have replaced two French doors, the microwave kit, and the shower handle that had a small scuff in it.  There is one piece of sod that died, and that is also being replaced.  There is nothing wrong with their front door.  During construction we gave them the opportunity to pick a stain color they would like, we couldn't get an answer, so we ultimately had to pick a color and they are unhappy with it.  We have told them we are not paying to replace the front door, but they are welcome to contact  our supplier to get a new one at their expense.  As for the door jam we have not been notified of anything wrong with it however, we have an appointment today to go over to the house, so we will ask them about this issue.

We were contacted by the home owners at [redacted] about the damages to their fence.  We sent a gentleman out to look at the damages and it was determined that the damages to the fence were not caused by our company.  We spoke with the home owners and apologized that their fence...

was damaged but that we were not responsible for the damages.  We informed them that it looked as if the boards were warped with loose posts but they were not cracked.  Thank you, Turner Residential Properties LLC
