In response to the claim that Synchrony of Visalia, Inc over charged Mror MrsHimebauch is false, they were charged the copayment per the contract that they both and Synchrony had with their insuranceWe did no charge more then or less then the contracted copaymentWhen MsHimebauch received
the statement, she refused to pay and insisted that we write it off to a zero balanceWhen we told MsHimebauch that we could not, she wrote a letter to the office and addressed it to the Drterminating services with the Drand Synchrony of Visalia, inc(Letter dated Tuesday September 03, The statement that we abandoned her is as we have the letter stating she was terminating servicesMsHimebauch has been in collections for over a year and after we turn patients over to collections our office does not contact the patient anymore that Is done by the collections companyAs for not knowing that the bill was still outstanding MsHimebauch filed a claim with the Revdex.com in *** and was not resolved because the HIPPA form was never signedThe bill has never been satisfied and has been in collections since We have not abandoned Mrand MrsHimebauch and only billed them what the copayment that was reported by their insurance and could not write It off because it is a contract that we have with their insurance company and as they have with their insurance company. As we have in the file this is a pattern of MsHimebauch and we are at not fault of any wrong doing in claim#***

I am responding to this claim for the second timeI received an email from Access Capital that the account was paid in full December 8, and when we receive written confirmation and the actual payment from Access we would be more than happy to close out the Himebauch account, we would only wish that the slanderous accusations would stop by MsHimebauch. Synchrony of Visalia, Inc would like to be notified when this case is closed and hope that this matter is resolved soon

I am rejecting this response because:
I am glad they acknowledged receipt of payment. However what I wrote is true and correct. We thought our bill was resolved over 3 years ago. If it were not, had they communicated, sent us a bill, put it on our credit report, we could of included it in our 2013 bankruptcy. If they consider the truth slander, than they can understand how upsetting what they did with the bill and to our counseling was pretty bad. We depended on them, they shunned us, ignored us and before we did this we told them we needed to get the billing straight. It took a large junk out of them helping us, to see the games they played and feel the games they played with us. After all, if PHD Doctors can do this, how can we trust what they teach. I have told the truth. It all hurt really bad. Hopefully they can learn. That is all I have to say. I have said my peace and with that I can move on in peace. Thanks, Revdex.com
