responded to the client with the letter below.Good Afternoon [redacted],We received notification of your complaint to the Revdex.com. It is unfortunate that you think that we would harass your father. When clients hire us the last thing we want to do is make them feel that we don't care about their situation.The end goal of your father hiring us to represent him in this matter was for us to get him the absolute best resolution possible. Surely as you and your father already know and have experienced, dealing with lenders is a long and tedious process, a process that homeowners rarely, if ever, succeed in. There was a reason why he initially hired us to defend him and your family in this epidemic that this nation is facing. That reason is because we know what to do, how to do it, and we're extremely assertive in doing it.We regret that you and your father misconstrued our assertiveness as harassment. We have seen many of our clients that don't treat this as the urgent matter that it is - face horrible circumstances as the result.At your request, we have closed his file. No one will be contacting him. We received a letter dated October 30, 2017 from your office regarding a complaint received by you with an assigned ID of [redacted]. The letter stated the customer has allegations and concerns regarding this case. It is our procedure to answer all correspondence in a timely manner.We are national law...

firm that handles mortgage cases. We are responsible for weekly Collecting of documents from the clients, building a Request for Mortgage Assistance to present to their lender, and negotiating the best possible solution available based on the clients specific financial situation.Upon taking on this client, the initial review of her circumstances included her being 11 months behind and $10,716.08 behind in his mortgage payments with a 3.75% interest rate. This type of case is well within the scope of cases that we normally take.During the Open Call to the lender, the client had already submitted a RMA Request for Mortgage Assistance before without our assistance - this package was under review. In our Retainer Agreement on page 16 in paragraph 3 it states "The Client hereby recognizes and agrees that any loan modification or loss mitigation offer obtained after the date of this initial application has been the result of the efforts put forth by Synergy Law LLC. Therefore, the Client also agrees that monies paid are owing due and earned in the event of either an offer for a mortgage modification or loss mitigation is made after this date."The Client not only justly owes our firm the monies paid, but he has also already contacted his bank to do a chargeback of the $300, We have already had the S300 deducted from our account; therefore, we do not owe Mr. Berry any money at all - even if the Bureau deemed in his favor.The Client never expressed to us that he wanted his money back, and that leaves us in a position to not be prepared to deal with his issue accurately. We do our best to resolve any issues quickly and effectively, and we would like to hear from your office that this has been closed since the client request was to have his money back...and his chargeback accomplished that for him. Respectfully,Angela S[redacted]Operations Director ###-###-####
