Someone called from a "V" phone number, and began by shouting into the phone, asking for the owner but using an incorrect name. I asked who was calling. "Synergy" etc. I said "Don't call here again!" and hung up. He called me back from ###-###-#### and yelled into the phone "Why was I hung up on? Why did you hang up on me? That was very rude ... " I slammed the phone down. What kind of business is this? After all of these complaints and reviews filed, why are they still doing this? Do we have NO controls in this country for these kinds of companies? Why are they still in business????

Review: They keep calling my home number. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling. They still call, sometimes they speak, sometimes they just hang up. We used to have a business. We no longer do. The number they are calling is my personal number not a business number. They have called me from numerous different numbers so I'm not sure how their company is set up but I want it stopped!Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive calls from them or ANY of their affiliates EVER!.

Review: On or about * Mar 2016, a registered return receipt was received acknowledging the reception of a Cease and Desist, with regard to contacting our company. Synergy Capital has willfully, and maliciously, ignored the multiple verbal, and written requests.Desired Settlement: Over the period in question Synergy Capital has cost production of my employees. I expect to be reimbursed in the amount of $263.27 which includes lost time, and attorneys fees.

We first would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused [redacted] The business phone number is no longer in our data base. We never received the letter or any correspondence from [redacted] or [redacted]. Please have him fax it to us for our records ###-###-#### attention compliance. Also once someone requests there phone number to be removed from our data base the in-house policy is to remove it immediately. The only issue is that we always let the caller know that it could take up to 36 hours for the complete system to update and remove the phone number. This maybe the reason why [redacted] had received a few more calls from our company after he let us know. We again apologize for any inconvenience we have caused [redacted] and [redacted].

Review: Synergy is harassing us over the phone. We have asked to be taken off their list multiple times and they have not done so.Desired Settlement: We NEVER want to receive a call from them again.

These jerks call me every. single. day. I keep telling them to take us off their list, and they won't. Do not to business with these guys! this guy doesn't listen, unprofessional, and is very rude. And i'm talking about the supervisor who wouldn't give me his name. I've been asking to be removed from their call list for 3 weeks now and they continue to waste my time. As a business owner, I have 0 time for this business practice of buying call lists and harrassing me to buy your stuff! I threatened to sue over unwanted phone calls after requesting to be removed from the list, and the owner invited me to do so!

Review: This company calls everyday soliciting business. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list and to stop calling. I have also send them a written demand via e-mail and they still keep calling.Desired Settlement: They need to stop contacting me by any means and remove me permanently from their database.

Review: We have been contacted almost daily by this company offering capital financing for our business.

It is not only one sales representative, but multiple. Representatives are typically cordial and professional.

We have repeatedly told them that we do not need financing and wish to be removed from their call list.

We continue to get these calls averaging over 7 per week.Desired Settlement: Stop receiving calls from this company.

Review: Synergy Capital calls my place of employment AT LEAST once a day and sometimes two or three times a day. I have been asking them for one month now to take me off the calling list. Each time I ask, their representative assures me that they will take me off the list, but the very next day I get another call. WE DON"T WANT YOUR SERVICES!!!! I asked to talk to a [redacted] and they just tell me that they are one and assures me that they will take me off the list. Horrible business practices!!! I want to be off your call list now!!!!Desired Settlement: To be taken off the call list and not to be bothered again. I have read numerous people's complaints on google for the same thing.
