Review: We installed new data lines in our office in December of 2011 with a quote of a little over $800. When the bill came, it was almost double. We agreed that [redacted], (the provider for which the lines were being installed) would give us a $300 credit on our bill after a couple months. A few months passed and this never happened. I emailed and called every month and was promised it would be taken care of. In May I was told there was no record of our credit and we would not be receiving it. I have talked to [redacted] and Synergy. My last conversation was in June with [redacted], President of Synergy, who said he would get to the bottom of it. I never heard from him again. I emailed again a few weeks ago and called today. No response.Desired Settlement: I want the $300 credit we were promised.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
