Crest hired licensed contractors, applied for the appropriate permits, passed the necessary inspections and received certificate of approval.As we have said to the homeowner in the past from the beginning, we would be happy to evaluate any concerns they have and if necessary adjust/repair as needed.
We would be happy to perform any of the items we previously agreed to please let us know when is good. If there are any additional concerns we would be happy to evaluate these as well.

I am rejecting this response because: As I previously stated, Crest agreed to a list of repairs and then stated that items on the repair list to which they agreed, did not need to be repaired. Crest continues to avoid committing to a list of repairs they need to make due to their substandard work. If Crest is serious about rectifying this issue, they can start by listing the repairs which they have agreed to and plan to perform (I requested this in my last response and Crest has continued to ignore the request). Because Crest continues to avoid making the repairs to which they previously agreed, the only solution that is acceptable to us is the solution detailed in our original complaint.
