Customer was offered a package deal that included insulation, ECM Motor, water heater, and a service agreement Because he purchased all he was given a 10% discount and the service agreement for $ He originally paid $for the service agreement and was given the overall discount we he decided to have insulation and water heater done at a later date The extra $he paid was discounted from the Insulation and water heater Even though he did not purchase all at the same time I still honored the discount I am not able to honor the service agreement because I am no longer working with a HVAC contractorCustomer was refunded the $for the discounted package Regardless of whether or not I can offer service agreement, he was refunded amount that was actually charged after additional discounts were added to insulation and water heater He did still recieve the other discounts

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have attached a receipt that was provided by Synergy Efficiency for the work performed in my homeIt is very clear that there was no further discounting of the annual service plan...which was never fulfilledWhen the service plan was sold, it was sold under the premise that any work performed for service plan members would receive a 10% discount on the work performedHowever, the plan was sold at the full $priceIt seems that MrM [redacted] may have sold service plans as a front for creating/selling additional work to customersMrM [redacted] should do the right thing, and refund the additional $he charged customers for the service plans that he never honored Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Customer was offered a package deal that included insulation, ECM Motor, water heater, and a service agreement.  Because he purchased all 4 he was given a 10% discount and the service agreement for $99.  He originally paid $129 for the service agreement and was given the overall discount...

we he decided to have insulation and water heater done at a later date.  The extra $30 he paid was discounted from the Insulation and water heater.  Even though he did not purchase all at the same time I still honored the discount.  I am not able to honor the service agreement because I am no longer working with a HVAC contractor. Customer was refunded the $99 for the discounted package.  Regardless of whether or not I can offer service agreement, he was refunded amount that was actually charged after additional discounts were added to insulation and water heater.  He did still recieve the other discounts.

It is very clear that there was no further discounting of the annual service plan...which was never fulfilled. When the service plan was sold, it was sold under the premise that any work performed for service plan members would receive a 10% discount on the work performed. However, the plan was sold at the full $129 price. It seems that Mr. M[redacted] may have sold service plans as a front for creating/selling additional work to customers. Mr. M[redacted] should do the right thing, and refund the additional $30 he charged customers for the service plans that he never honored.
