Thieves! Stealers! Shut them down!
Wow so I thought I was the only one who experienced this todayI got a call from collectionsI was a member in I cancelled in person 3x and provided a letter from my doctor stating a medical reason for the cancellationThey continued for one year to charged me each monthLast attempt I threaten to sue them and they apologized and promised to leave me aloneand half years later I get call from collectionsIf you visit *** to read the reviews, you will see others with similar storiesSo stealing money is their businessI'm here to share my story and I hope others who are going thru the same thing will contact meLet's have a class action law suitI already have an attorneyThis bogus business needs to be shut down for good!

The business response is an outright lie. There was never any notification whatsoever from the previous gym. [redacted] conducted an investigation based on my original complaint, found Synergy at fault, communicated with their bank, and had the money returned to me. The only communication I ever received from Synergy other than this communication with Revdex.com was the response to my [redacted] review. I have spoken to other people who have been harassed by this business and who told me that they were only left alone when they threatened legal action.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Synergy Fitness (Astoria) regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:...
They didn't contact me about my complaint, they were telling me I had an outstanding balance and were inappropriately texting me about it, which is highly unprofessional. Synergy Fitness said they never received my certified letter of cancellation, although I have the post office proof that it was sent.
