Review: The company that I work for placed an order with Synergy Marketing and Design on December 14, 2015 for 2 year leather planners. I was told by [redacted] that they would start production on them once the invoice was paid in full, and we should receive them either by the end of December or the first week of January. On January 14, 2016 after we never received the product we ordered, I called ###-###-#### and spoke with [redacted]. On that day at 10:20 am, I told [redacted] we were no longer interested in receiving the calendars due to time lapse, and we just wanted a full refund. [redacted] counter-offered by asking me to wait the afternoon to consider a 25% discount on the product. On that same day at 4:47 pm, I called and spoke with a representative, whose name I cannot recall and told her to relay to [redacted] that we were not interested in the calendars and please to issue a full refund. On 2/3, when I was doing our book keeping for the month of January, I noticed that we had not received the credit that was due to us. I began calling to reach a representative to remedy the situation. I called 7 times on February 3rd, between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, and was unable to reach anyone. I was also unable to leave a voicemail as their voicemail box was full. On February 4th, I called 4 different times, also between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, and again was not able to reach anyone nor leave a voicemail. I sent an e-mail to [redacted] on February 4th, and was never replied to. I called again on February 5th 2 different times, and again did not reach anyone nor was I able to leave a message. Finally, I reached out to the local Revdex.com who was able to reach someone via message on [redacted]. However, I was told that the representative that I spoke with, [redacted], relayed to the company to reach out to us. Again, I have not received any contact from Synergy Market and Design. I, myself, sent a message to the company on [redacted] on Tuesday February 8th at 4:04 pm, it is indicated that my message was read on the same day at 4:40 pm with no response. I again tried to call the office today and sent a [redacted] message. However, neither has been returned. All I want is a full refund since we did not receive our product that we ordered in a timely manner. I am not interested in doing business with this company further.Desired Settlement: A full refund from the company. I am not interested in receiving calendars when we are already 2 months into the new year.

Review: We ordered Planning Pocket Calendars from Synergy Marketing & Design in October of 2015. The amount of the order is, $658.00 which was paid for in full in October. We have not yet received the merchandise . I have made many calls to the company and was able to speak to representative only once. I was told to call back the next day, I did and since 1/27/16 I have not been able to reach a person nor can I leave a message because the in-box is full.

I am the new Director for the [redacted] I took over in January. The previous Director was [redacted], who in fact ordered the calendars in October 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order our seniors are asking for the calendars but if this can not happen we would like to be reimbursement in full.
