Review: Received a bill from company after my minor son visited emergency room on June 10th 2011. At first company refused to bill insurance because they were not familar with policy/paper work to get bill paid by out of state insurance. I then contacted my sons insurance and faxed over all paperwork to Jode Roth on 11/12/2011 so they could submit bill to insurance and be paid. I have been in constant contact ewth company and was told that the bill would be submitted to insurance for payment and taken care of. I received no further correspondence from Syngergy medical care. As of May 8th company has turned bill over to collection after I was told almost 2 years ago bill was taken care of. This company has been deceptive.Desired Settlement: Debt collection needs to be canceled.
