My experience with Synergy Property Managment was brief but positive There are three people within this organization that need recognition: [redacted] and *** Each one of these individuals showed me professionalism, friendliness, and when there were issues they went up and beyond to solve I am a tenant and would not hesitate to rent from Synergy in the future

I recently moved and had issues maintaining contact with property managers as they are busy and can't always get back with you in a timely manner After several attempts to find a place to rent near my work, I was finally contacted by [redacted] from Synergy Property Management LLC She went above and beyond to get me into an affordable house that is near my job She is thorough and is easy to get a hold of There has been many times that she has gone out of her way to help me She has absolutely set herself apart from any other property manager that I have worked with in the past Thank you [redacted] for all of your hard work!!!

Synergy Property Management is a very unorganized, and unprofessional companyIn February of we were wrongfully thrown out of the Condo we rented thru them, [redacted] dropped the Ball on properly notifying usUnder the law she should know its not proper documentation to send a notice to vacate thru an Email, which was never received, being she is a ManagerThen we were Charged an outrageous cleaning amount when left their property SPOTLESSIt is also a regulation that a Landlord or Management cleans the house thoroughly before the next Tenant moves in, so why were we charged almost $dollars for something that has to be done? We also tried going to court and unfortunately there is NO Law for bad Management here in Colorado, so the company gets away with wrongfully messing with someones life and thankfully we knew a lady from the Sister property which went into Synergy and had them find us somewhere to go, due to there mistakeslet say its been the longest road to recovery

We had a great experience renting with Synergy and are now in our 2nd place with themWe mainly worked with Marie [redacted] who was very professional and kindShe went out of her way to make our experience excellent and she's continuing to do so now as we're enjoying our new rental

We have been with Synergy Property Management for the last yearsWe were renting through them first and then bought a house through ***, she is the Broker and property Manager at SynergySynergy Property always treated us great and we would recommend [redacted] and Synergy Property every time They were helpful and the staff was always great to deal with They updated us on the home and we were happy to return to a clean and well taken care home after years

The company is extremely hard to reach, over the phone or otherwiseTheI listed hours do not correspend with their actual hoursI have an issue that needs to be resolved and I was told to come to the officeIn all of my attempts to reach them, I have only met other disgruntled customers of Synergy Property Management waiting outside of the office, hoping to speak with someoneI suspect the business has closed

'WARNING" stay away from this Management Company! As an owner I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company, everything from improper research on Tenants before signing of a Lease to periodic checks on my property for damage as stated in the management agreement! Once the Tenants lease was up I was informed that the old Tenants had left my Townhouse in great shape so they would receive their security deposit back only to find out after hiring a different Management company that My Townhouse carpet was ruined! The carpet had to be replaced, there were plumbing problems because the old tenant had stole the original kitchen faucet and replaced it with an old oneNow to add insult to injury I received a call from a collection agency because the prior tenants never paid their final electric bill and Synergy never cared to make sure this was taken care of before releasing their security deposit!

I wanted to thank Dodi and her team for the attention to detail and excellent management of myhomeI must admit I was very reluctant to rent out my home, but your team made the transition almost painlessYour attention to detail and placing a good tenant there are two things I greatly appreciate

NEVER use this company. We spent the better part of a year dealing with Jennifer (who no longer works there) and was told she was doing walk throughs on our property. Turns out that Jennifer had been fired 9-10 months prior to us cutting business with them.
After learning that we had no longer been dealing with anyone that WORKED at Synergy, we were basically told it was our fault for staying on contact with her.
When they found out we were intending to sell, they did the bare minimum to get our house back in working order. They let the tenant violate the lease on 3 separate occasions, they let the tenant trash our deck, our carpets, put an excessive amount of nail holes in the wall (75+) and they attempted to repaint the master only to find out the color didn't match so they just left the bedroom two-toned with splotches of the new color all over it. That's just for starters.
They refused cover it and refused to go after the tenant for anything past their security deposit even

Synergy property management has two women that are absolutely awesome! [redacted], she is Wonder Woman. [redacted] is prompt with return phone calls and updates. My roommate, myself, the children & the pups love our home and we are happy to be apart of synergy prop management co. I feel like we have made a life long connection. We are looking forward to working with this company and renting this home! Thanks again for everything!
