we bought a Qi Max EMF Protection February 27 2020 and called right afterward that we would like to return it then we had covid 19 and effected the ability to return it april 2 2020 eli went in to the hospital april 2 2020 and eli passed on may 7th we contact the company and said sorry that cant do anything

We are sorry to hear that you had a death in your family. Our heart goes out to you. We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the purchase/ship date to return products in like new condition. You are responsible for the shipping but we do not charge a restocking fee. Based on your complaint of trying to return it April 2, it was already past the 30 day return period. We apologize that we are not able to help further. There is a very high demand for the Qi devices as we sell around $2million dollars worth of Qi devices per month. It should not be too difficult for you to find someone that wants it and would like to have a almost new unit for a discount. We wish you and your family all the best. The device you purchased is in the family of Qi devices. They only devices in the world that have multiple human and technical studies proving that it will protect you from radiation from emf fields. This is a very important thing to protect yourself from. You may want to keep it for the health of your entire family.

I purchased defendant's Echo 2 Hydrogen Water machine during a webinar promoting the machine. The people conducting the webinar said that, if unsatisfied and if the water machine were returned in good condition within 30 days, only $100 would be withheld. I returned the defective machine within 7 days, but defendant kept $250 of the purchase price.

our purchase was on 7/31/2019 for 2145.00. Our return policy is on our website at the bottom of our home page. Here is a link https://synergyscience.com/terms-and-agreement/ to view it. The return policy was explained very clearly on the webinar you attended. The return policy on our website states clearly that the shipping and installation would be deducted from the refund. The shipping was $19.93 and the installation cost us $250. $269.93 was deducted from your refund.

Your refund of $1875.07 was issues on 8/28/2019 with check # ***

I am extremely impressed with our results.
I purchased my Echo Hydrogen Machine in September 2019 and we both had our labs done 63 days later.
Everyone is different but these numbers
are my and my husbands actual lab numbers
I tried to paste in the actual document but couldn’t so these are the results.
The quality of our diet has been the same for 5 years so diet change did not cause our results
My labs and I am 64 Year old Female
Cholesterol went from 325 to 258 down 67 points
Triglycerides went from 124 to 39 down 85 points
LDL went from 212 to 162 down 50 points
My A1C went from 5.1 to 4.8 down 3 points a 5.89% drop if google is correct

My husbands labs he is a 68 year old Male
Cholesterol went from 159 to 144 down 15 points
Triglycerides went from 100 to 49 down 51 points
A1C went from 5.3 to 4.8 down 5 points a 9.44% drop if google is correct :)

I am absolutely blown away by our results and I love my Echo Unit
How simple is it to just drink water ??? We do that anyway !!!
BTW we are Keto Paleo ish our natural health Dr says she could only wish her other clients diet was as quality as ours.....
Why we didn't get these results with diet alone is disturbing BUT
Hydrogen is a game changer for us as our labs prove...

I have been using the Echo H2 hydrogen water machine for almost 2 years. It gives the many proven benefits of antioxidant effects to the body as well as filters my city water in a fantastic way. I have seen improvements in my mental clarity as well as skin issues cleared up. I have been so impressed with the hydrogen water machine, that I recently decided to get the infrared sauna as well. WOW!!!! I absolutely love it. I get in for 30 minutes each night before bed, and sweat out all the bad toxins that my body has accumulated throughout the day/week. The relaxing effect it has on me is hard to put into words. I feel lighter, happier, and calmer each night right before bed. I'm excited to try the EMF protection devices next. I can't recommend the Synergy Science products enough!

Synergy Science has apparently lost my water purifying machine and refuses to answer my calls or send me my repaired machine. I bought numerous filters that did not fix anything, then they finally decided it was a circuit board problem and told me to send it in for warranty service because I had been calling them with these issues since I purchased it . Now they obviously can't find my machine. On 1/9/2020 I got an email from them saying they successfully found my unit, that the technician was currently working on it and that it would be shipped to me by the end of the week. I am still waiting. They also tried to get me to purchase a more expensive machine instead of sending mine back to me.On 1/20/2020 I disputed the purchase with my credit card company and have been given a conditional refund while they investigate the dispute. My Citi Bank credit card company said they have not been able to contact Synergy Science and their bank of course is fighting the refund. I sent it with a return authorization number, furnished by the company and I have proof they received my machine on 10/31/2019. I'm tired of waiting.

On 4/18/2017 and 5/10/2017 they purchased 2 Echo 9 Ultra machines and had issues with the machines leaking in 2018. Both Echo 9 Ultra machines were shipped in for repair. Later the issue occurred again.

On 10/23/2018 we refunded both of the Echo 9 Ultra machines on 10/23/2018 they purchased an Echo 9 machine.

They have had no issues with the Echo 9 machine since October 2018.

I purchased two EMF products from this company in Oct. 2019. The small product I tried for
about two weeks and it did not help me at all. So I returned it. The larger product came much later and when
it did come, I decided to refuse it because the small product did not work for me. These two
products cost me $1480.00. So both products were returned in perfect condition, the second
one that came I never touched it. Everything was returned in perfect condition. I gave them all the info like tracking numbers and dates, all the info they asked for and they still did not refund my money yet.
Also I made so many phone calls and almost always got just a recording saying they were busy.
Again the name of this company is Synergy Science.com.
