We received a call from Mr [redacted] (homeowner) to provide an estimate of repairwork throughout his property located on [redacted] ** Upon arrival we were granted access inside the home by an unfamiliar male tenant and proceeded to assess the issues described earlier by the homeowner During our evaluation at the property we noticed a fully loaded revolver gun on the kitchen counter along with a speed reload We immediately exited the home to call the homeowner and expressed our uncomfortability regarding the situation Our policy clearly states we have right to refuse or discontinue work if the safety and welfare of our employees and partners become compromised at anytime THIS IS OUR UTMOST CONCERN The homeowner (Mr*) completely agreed and asked us to leave, expressing his concern because there have been continuing tension between the him & the renters We respectfully informed the homeowner we will no longer visit the property due to those concerns and he agreed, after receiving a clear photo of the gun in his home Ms [redacted] was not present at the time of inspection She called our company to demand explanation why we did not work or repair the home We never met, heard of or spoke to a Ms [redacted] before, prior to her call We politely explained to Ms [redacted] about the situation and that she should contact the homeowner We further explained that all communication for authorized work/repair/construction is between homeowner & contractor, not by a tenant Ms [redacted] should be aware of this since she claims to work for a city subcontractor For the record: We DID NOT do any work, repairs, make claims or construct, nor did we receive payment or compensation of any kind because we never accepted the job or hired by the homeowner We had every intention to properly evaluate and coordinate the necessary repairs if hired, but we were not We truly sympathize with Ms***'s current situation and we wish her and the other tenants in the home the best of luck and a peaceful resolution with homeowner

We received multiple calls about the equipment malfunction, on several different occasions and have been to the property each and every time We always serve our customers experiencing issues and have the intent to resolve the equipment error along with aid from the manufacturer support desk This equipment failure is a manufacturer error which we always do our best to help to fix We are not responsible for monitoring the system, however if it is a manufacture defect it will be covered by warranty which we will help resolve

It is of paramount importance that we address any concerns our previous customers have. We have visited the property on numerous occasions for equipment testing and trouble-shooting with the manufacture support team. Many of the analytical testing conclusions is the result of the system
malfunctioning due to electrical-overload from excessive appliance use. We also attempted to contact the property owner on numerous occasions to address his concerns, either without success or unable to coordinate visits due to his work schedule. We always advise our customers the importance to monitor their systems weekly and possible excessive energy use which we cannot control. We are also not responsible for monitoring their system for them. Furthermore, all customers are advised of constant utility company rate changes and increase at any given time which we are also not responsible for nor have any affiliation with. We have recommended possible monitoring service from a third party provider, which they declined. We will continue to visit the home and conduct more system testing and assist with recommendations on how they can limit their appliance use to prevent electrical-overload

I am former Army Vet and I did nothing but repair and inspect military fireamrs. So a home with veterans, weapon safety is first. He should have asked if there was concerns. The failure was, the business refused to do repairs, and for clarification, I understood that it would have to be the landlord/homeowner to hire the company, I would have appreciated someone to let me know no repairs were going to be done. [redacted] I spoke pver the phone for maybe over 30mins and I did appreciate him listening to the frustration our family has had over 15yrs living in the home. I feel the company has been brought in as a thrid party and the landlord, Mr. *., has faslely informed the city that [redacted] is the "new landlord". Their company's name has been brought in and we feel, since there is association with the homeowner's family, that all false information has been used against us to make us wrong, when clearly the homeowner has no care. We plan to move forward with this problem and seek resolution.
