I want to acknowledge that when you called we were closed for a holiday break You have submitted offers for me to match and they are for new subscribers only Those fly cards are in every magazine and if you read the small fine print in bottom left corner it says this She got her first issue years ago I have refunded what can be done on this order In addition, we have not even heard from the client direct and you are a friend helping her As you mentioned you are the neighbor who is acting on her behalf I removed the gifts the client requested to renew and matched the Gudiepost offer because it was for existing subscribers Below is proof the refund given

Our office was closed for the holidays We opened today and I called and spoke to someone on the customers behalf She informed me that the client is having financial difficulties and I offered to reduce the order She wants a price match and we will honor that I am
currently waiting for the documents to submit for a price match

*** *** has been a renewing her magazines with us for a few years now and is a valued customer Her daughter, *** ***, contact customer service to discuss her mothers account It is protocol for our representatives to ask for the POA paperwork to further discuss our customers
account for the protection of our customers The POA paperwork allows us to work with family members to get issues resolved for our clients as well as override the day cancellation policy
