This customer had this repair completed on 12/21/- we replaced her iPhone Plus screen with a black screen (authorized by her husband). Her phone worked perfectly after the screen replacement and she used the phone for weeks before calling in and saying it didn't
work anymore. Her claims of calling in and not speaking with us are invalidWe told her to bring the phone in, as we would be happy to check the phone out free of chargeWhen we received the phone it had obvious signs of being dropped with scratches and impact points clearly evidentWe evaluated the phone and told the customer she had damaged her motherboard, and would need new phoneThe color of a screen has absolutely nothing to do with the functionality of the phone, perhaps the customer should educate themselves just a bit before going on threating rants. Customers have a day warranty on work that we completed and we did not hear from her until 05/20/
