We have contacted Mr*** and resolved his concern through providing replacement product at no charge. We had offered to reimburse his money, however, he preferred to receive replaement product. We consider this complaint resolved

Esteemed Revdex.com of Utah,On Friday, May 19th at approximately noon Synergy paid the overdraft fees of $to her VISA debit card. This issue should be closed.In summary of what occurred:On Monday, May 15th Ms*** was charged $for a product she had
ordered on autoship, and a notification was sent out. Soon thereafter, Synergy received a phone call from the distributor who sold her the products indicating that the order was mistaken, and should not have been charged and sent until July. Within two hours of the order being created and charged, the VISA card was refunded the $44.97.On Wednesday, May 17th Ms*** contacted Synergy Customer Service indicating that because of the $charge that occurred on May 15th (and was refunded two ours later), other charges to her bank account generated insufficient funds, with accompanying overdraft charges, totaling $108. She asked what could be done to cover those charges, and was told that Synergy needed to get details from the bank, confirming the overdraft charges and timing.On Friday, May 19th Ms*** emailed a letter from the bank indicating that they had charged overdraft charges to Ms***. Ms*** called in to follow up, and has detailed her perspective of that call in her complaint. She was told that Synergy would look into the overdraft charges and get back to her. She then issued her complaint to the Revdex.com.In the meantime, Synergy reviewed the letter from the bank that it had just received and determined to issue a refund for the charges, which was done within a few hours from the time that the letter was received.Synergy prides itself in the foundations of integrity, quality, and customer service.
