I have used All Weather Air three times because of our home warranty company, and I was so satisfied with the work that I also began having them doing the seasonal maintenance our our HVAC systems also Chris takes the time to explain issues and gives good adviceIf asked I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors because in this day and age many people don't take the time to talk with you to make sure you understand the problems you're experiencing with your system
My a/c was blowing hot air on a day with a heat index of I called on a Friday, and All Weather Air Care was out the next day and promptly fixed the problem I know that they were extremely busy considering the current weather situation, and I appreciate their prompt attention and working overtime to get my problem resolved They were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend AWACS!
Chris (owner) does a great job troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units. He came to my house this past winter to fix my gas furnace during one of the coldest nights we had in this area. It was snowing and Chris was extremely ill, but he didn't want me to be without heat. He worked diligently until I had heat in my home again.
In July, my central A/C unit stopped working. A new thermostat was installed, but I still had warm air. Chris worked non stop with my home warranty company (which was difficult to work with) and finally obtained authorization to replace a part and add 9 pounds of Freon which had leaked out of the unit. His work had backed up (he's a small company) but he promised to come to my house on 8/26/16. He called about 8 pm to let me know he was on another job site that was taking longer than expected and he'd be here as soon as he could. He called back after 10 pm to ask if it was okay if he came by that late to do the work. I was fine with it. He arrived after 10:30 and worked diligently to repair the A/C unit. He finished at almost midnight. I was elated to have cool air in my house. Today everything is still working great. Great customer service! Anyone who would go out of their way to help a customer out at midnight, speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication. Thanks so much Chris!

All Weather worked with me on my job to repair a bad compressor, they are an extremely busy company and worked with my schedule. They came late at night for the repairs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will call them again for my regular maintenance.
