After a friend referral and my own due diligence, I decided to go with the SynLawn SFproduct for my back yard The sales experience and install was a positive one During the install, the measurement of the product was slightly off and Walt promptly took care of the problem for me by providing additional product My install crew leader was Allen and they were able to complete the install in only day which was less than the day estimate So far everything looks great and you can't see the seams! I'm very satisfied with my SynLawn product and install

We are so happy that we chose Synlawn to install our artificial turf Because we have a dog and small children we chose the heat resistant turf and it has made a world of difference It stays so much cooler than standard turfs Instead of filling with sand, they used a product called Zeofill which helps to absorb the dog's urine Charlie was especially helpful in showing us the different options Her product knowledge is top notch, so she made us feel very comfortable in the choice we made and we couldn't be happier!
I found the many choices in the Artificial Turf industry a bit overwhelming at first I did check out quite a few job sites to see finished products I wanted a putting green and fringe layout and it worried me to pick a sample and hope for the best After all the info gathering and head scratching, I settled on SYNLawn I'm taking the time to do a review because I am so pleased with the install process and final product!! It is quite a job to remove inches of real grass, weed cloth, new inches of DG, etc, etc From the front office to ***, install guru, it was a good experience I am very thrilled to save all that water and have this wonderful new addition in my yard I highly recommend SYNLawn!
I am in the works to resolving the matter directly with SynlawnThey have agreed to solve my issueOnce they do I will close out the case as resolvedThey are supposed to be out to fix my issue in mid-July

We were extremely pleased with everyone at SynLawn from Charlie in the office (our first contact) to the installation people They were helpful, made suggestions, were efficient and polite and had a very strong work ethic We looked at their product first and never considered buying our turf from anyone else, although we did look at a few for comparison This company was easy to work with and very efficiently took only a half-day to install feet of backyard grass We have been very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend SynLawn to anybody They are the best!
