We have offered to write-off the remaining charges of about $1,on the account in order to settle this dispute. The customer is also seeking an additonal $4,in compensatory damages for a total of $6,in compensation. We do not agree to any compensatory
damages as the customer has provided no support for his claims. We have offered what we believe to be a reasonable settlement. If there is documentation to support the additional claims the customer wishes to provide we will review it. Otherwise, we consider this matter closed
