Syntec itself seems to be out of business, but when I called them to get a quote for fixing a job done by them about years ago, I got a *** *** at ###-###-#### He came to my house in June, gave me a full quote with options About a month later I called him and chose the middle-priced option We set up a date of Sept 15, to start the job Today, Sept 15, he called and said he wanted to have his expert look at the job again to make sure how to do it and said the expert was on his way over (at am) His expert called and said he should be over at Noon and I said that was unacceptable given what *** had just told me He then said "Sorry, then, there's nothing I can do for you" and hung up I called *** and he says "We have decided not to take the job" If a job was scheduled for Sept and you want to make sure you are doing it right, you send your expert over BEFORE Sept 15th You don't just decide to change things on the day, and then say screw it we aren't doing the job If he had problems with the job, he had over months to address them He never intimated to me that he had misgivings about the method and he should have fulfilled his verbal and written contract with me which included a price and a date DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS CONTRACTOR
